Great for heavy flow days and nights.
  • Sturdy grip rings on the stem and base of the cup help me remove the cup.
  • Easy to open after inserting.
  • Stem is hollow so blood can get stuck inside it.
5/5
  • amazing grip and you can’t feel the cup at all, very budget friendly and nice simple design <3
  • the air holes sometimes tear easily :’)
I've been using my yuuki cup for nearly ten years, I bought a new one to replace mine after birth.
  • Easy to get into and out. Doesn't leak. Comfortable to wear. Good price. Lasts a very long time. Easy to clean.
  • None :)
I really like Yuuki, I've had a smaller cup for 9 years but I wanted a bit more capacity. The bigger one is great.
  • Complete comfort, cannot feel it in, easy insertion and take out
  • A bit of leak on my heaviest day but that's normal
I thought I couldt use a cup anymore and then I found this one! Awesome. After years of using various cups, leakage got worse and worse. Until I found out that I just need a very hard cup.
  • For me the best cup around here, because I need a very hard one.
  • The grip on the narrow bottom part is super helpful for pulling out the cup.
  • Nothing
I'm using this brand since they've started, cca 15yrs ago. Tried others as well, but quality of this product brought me back.
  • Tougher than competitive products. Plus all pros of menstruation cups in general.

I've been using yuuki cup for 8 yrs. I cannot survive my period without it. Hardly any leaks, and so comfortable you'll forget you're wearing it
I have been using menstrual cup since 2019. The first one I had was easy to pop, but was constantly leaking. There is no point in using a cup if I have to use a pad as well, right? The second cup I purchased is very popular one, because of its high capacity, and unusual shape. However, it was a total miss for me, as I couldn't pop it open. I want my cup to be efficient, reliable and easy to use. Yuuki Soft in bigger size proved to be all that. After I used it for the first time, I was so stunned by how amazing it is. I did use a pad on my heaviest days, but experienced no leakage whatsoever. I was ready to ditch the entire cup thing and go back to pads and tampons, but Yuuki turned out to be my goldilocks cup. And I couldn't love her more!
  • easy to pop open
  • traditional shape makes it easy to reposition if necessary
  • high capacity
  • high value for money
  • customer support is incredibly helpful and responsive
  • it does turn yellow pretty quickly. I don't mind that, but some could.
I bought the soft large economic Yuuki cup as a replacement of my 5 year old Yuuki economic large cup. This one started to smell really bad after a bacterial infection and I couldn,t get rid of this smell so I had to replace it. Unfortunately it is discontinued . It had a hardness in between soft and classic so I had tot choose between those two. I decided to go with the soft because I heard that the sort wasn’t as soft as other cups in the market. The former economic was easy to use and always opened once inserted. The soft needs work to open. I have to rinse it with cold water to get it a little stiffer and turn it around to open it up. Once in place I don´t feel it anymore and it doesn’t bother me while urinating. Which the former economic in between cup did.
  • Very nice and clean material;
  • Once in place I don’t notice it anymore;
  • Difficult to open up inside;
  • It is now too big for me but the small too small. I would like a size that is in between.
Cup is just as expected, I ordered the biggest one in classic and soft, it is bigger than my previous cup from another brand, so it holds more liquid as was the goal. The "classic" is the hardest cup I ever had. The "soft" is similar to the MoonCup UK and a bit harder than my MeLuna.
  • The big cup holds a lot of liquid. (That's why I ordered it.) I'm very happy with the "soft" cup. (The "classic" also performed as expected but is not right for me. If you want a really hard cup, this one's for you!)
  • The "classic" was too hard for me, I had difficulty peeing with it in. I have had similar issues with other cups and it's not the foult of yuuki, just something to keep in mind.
I'm very happy with this cup. After trying some other cups that wouldn't open after insertion, this one finally does! I was a little afraid, based on some other reviews, that the cup would be too hard and I would feel it, but in my case those worries were all for nothing, because I don't feel the cup at all. And with my previous cup I felt very uncomfortabele with emptying my bladder, but with this classic yuuki cup it doesnt. It's such a relieve to finally have found 'my' cup!
  • It pops open easily after insertion.
  • The rims on the stem make removal easy
  • I didn't want a plastic container as I already had a cotton bag for a cup. So I was excited to find out I could order just the cup
  • The hollow stem of the cup. I previously used an organi cup, which has a solid stem and I wish the yuuki cup also came with such a stem. It's easier to clean and your labia cannot get squeezed in the hollow part of the stem (which is very uncomfortable..)
  • The transparant color of the cup. It is already stained and I would be ashamed to show the cup to anyone now. I wish there would be a non transparant and coloured version in e.g. cherry color.
Exactly as pictured! Quick delivery! Great service.
  • It’s just what I needed! Instructions are in the packaging (code you scan and it takes you to a page).
I love this menstrual cup! Completely comfortable to wear and I feel so much better knowing that I'm not contributing any waste to landfill. Everyone who has a period should try it.
  • I can't feel the cup when I'm wearing it.
  • It collects much more blood than disposable menstrual products, so I only have to empty it a couple times a day.
  • Easier to use than a tampon because the material is flexible and smooth.
  • I use the classic cup which is firmer, and so breaking the seal to remove the cup took a bit of getting used to.
I ordered the Yuuki Cup because I felt my old cup was too soft and small, as it was leaking sometimes; I have to say that this still happens with the Yuki sometimes, however as it is larger than my old one, I can remove it without spilling anything, which is an improvement. The leaking seems to be a placement problem, so generally I am happy with the cup. I think this cup is better suited for women who already have some experiences with menstruational cups, as its size and firmness may be challenging for a total beginner.
  • Holds a lot of liquid
  • firmer material, which makes it stable
  • not for beginners
I needed a firm one because others i have tried won't open up once it's in and this one does that nicely. Unfortunately this makes it hard to remove and it sits very high up in me and the stem is not long enough to get a good grip on it to pull it out. I would love if they would make a longer stem or a stem with a loop at the bottom for easier removal. People seem to cut the stem when its excessively long for them anyways so might as well make it longer for those of us where it sit higher up.
  • Firm
  • Pops open easily
  • Stem too short
  • hard to grasp
  • hard to remove
It's the second cup I get from Yuuki and I'm again satisfied.
  • No more tampons etc which means freedom. Easy, fast and long lasting.
  • I got the less soft one this time and it was a bit harder than the other one. I didn't like it at first but I got used to it. Which is not really a negative, just an experience to be honest.
I loooove the cup i bought! It arrived pretty early considering that I live in Asia, I got the Yuuki Classic, small, which is a bit too firm, removal was a bit painful but there will always be a learning curve!
  • Firm enough for me (I play sports)
  • Fast delivery
  • Great capacity
  • Prominent grip rings
  • Good price
  • A bit too firm so removal is a bit difficult
  • There will always be a learning curve
Does it's job, I'm very pleased.
the best cup! love it
I love it! I got the small Classic cup and it works perfectly! Installing is definitely easier than my previous softer cup, there are hardly any leaks. Removing it was a bit uncomfortable at first but it's definitely worth it. It can last 12 hours for me, except on the first day when I have a heavy flow so I change it every 4-5 hours (tampons used to last less than an hour). I can't imagine living without it now!
  • It's literally perfect for me.
  • Last month I thought I had lost it and almost cried :D
works great! stem is maybe a little long but otherwise no complaints!
  • cheap
  • works well
  • easy to use
  • longer stem will not fit everyone
This is my third cup in 10 months since I started using menstrual cups and I thought becouse of its hardnes it will work but sadly it doesent. It leaks again.
  • It is solid and firm and comfortable to use.
  • I actually don't feel wearing it.
  • I don't know what the problem is but it leaks.
  • I thought of its hardness it will stay open for shore but I get half blood in a cup a and half on a pad.
This cup is absolutely amazing! I chose the firmer silicone because previous softer menstrual cups have always leaked when hardly full; but this one never does! I have not had any children but I did choose the larger size because my periods are very heavy and it is a great fit. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is starting off their menstrual cup journey!
  • Does not misshape.
  • Holds 30 ml for heavy periods.
  • Cannot feel the cup.
  • Can be quite tough to fold for insertion.
Once I had mastered inserting (which I had expected to be difficult but only took about a day) I was impressed when I woke up, had forgotten to put on a pad as added protection, but did not leak overnight. I don't see myself going back to pads/tampons unless I am caught short. Wearing a cup rather than other methods also feels 'fresher'. Yuuki's customer service was also immensely helpful when I needed to redirect my parcel for delivery.
  • Firm cup opens easily.
  • Threads around the base help with removal.
  • High capacity; can sleep through the night with cup inserted.
  • Attractive entry-level price if you've never used a cup before and want to try it out without committing to a more expensive model.
  • The cup can be challenging to remove and was initially sore to take out, but this was largely resolved when I learned how to 'break the seal' before removal, plus as mentioned above is helped by the thread grips.
Very good ! Very soft and fits perfectly
The cup has been great so far. It is very well made, easy to use and clean. I've used it only once since I bought it, but it was perfect, I didn't have any problems inserting it or taking it out. Delivery was also fast.
  • No more pads or tampons. Easy to use. More ecological, more economical.
  • A bit tricky to empty it when there is no running water.
I've been using my large Yuuki Firm/Classic for 6 or 7 years and couldn't be happier with it. I bought my first (and only other) cup about 20 years ago, when there were only 2 options on the market that I could find. It is natural rubber and served me well for many years, until the stem began degrading. So far, the Yuuki silicone seems as new, but it doesn't have as many years of service yet. My guess is that one Yuuki silicone cup, properly taken care of, would last a woman's full menstruating life, except for any needed charges in terms of firmness or size. Cups are the best - for hygiene, comfort, finances, and the environment. Thank you for a terrific product!
it is ideal for ladies with heavy flow. in my case, softer cups didn't work, but this one is great
Seems like good quality. It just was too long for me. Would be a good cup for someone with a heavy flow and high cervix. It was also not as springy material as I thought it might be. It is a fairly hard cup but the rim and the body are the same firmness. I found my Saalt cup that has a softer body and a firmer rim more comfortable.
I like it very much. Even though I was afraid that the size 2 would be too big, it was actually the right size for my body.
Really hard cup with good capacity. It is kinda of tricky to take out but for now I am satisfied with the product, I did not like the stem but if you cut it you will not have problem. You really need to be aware of your cervix position to buy this cup, the online service is really good.
I really love these. They are similar in shape to other brands but are much more affordable. I really appreciate they offer them without all the frills so I can save money.
  • affordable, fits well, sturdy

For many years I've used smaller sized cups, as I've never given birth. But I always had problems with leaking, especially on my heavy days. I also have a pretty strong pelvic floor, and needed a cup made of firmer material. This cup seems to be my best solution so far, and definitely leaks less than the others I've tried.
I bought the Yuuki Firm (classic), Large. The cup is great, at first it looked large and was difficult to fold - however, as soon as it was half-way in and I let go, it popped right open and pretty much installed itself due to the smooth surface (no lube used). I did not feel it at all. Taking it out by pinching the cup to break the seal was quite easy. (I'm a small and lean woman in my mid 40s and never gave birth). This is my perfect cup and I love it.
  • Firm enough to hold up against well trained muscles
  • Smooth surface allows for easy positioning
  • Easy to remove by pinching the body of the cup to break the seal
  • During removal press the rim into a narrow oval to make removal easier
  • It would be helpful to have the firmness level marked on the cup next to the size.
I have researched the range of m cups available .... And bought a couple... But yuuki has been the winner for exactly what I needed.... It seems overwhelming on the first look ... But in reality it's just what gets the job done
I liked the cup very much! Comfotable, i can't feel it while it's in. Doesnt leake. Im very pleased and will continue to use.
  • The air holes are oddly shaped, it causes them to get dirty and it's a little hard to clean.
When I received my Yuuki Large Soft, it looked quite big. I was worried a little but it's all right by now.
  • Leaks less then my old large size cup. Usually, large cups are softer then small ones because of its size. I move a lot and I like sports. You can make good choice with this when you don't want the hardness of the classic Yuuki cup.
  • The size... however, It looked quite large.. but it was okay since my cervix is slightly high. Also, shipping to South Korea took a little longer then other brands... Usually it takes 2 weeks but this time, It took almost one month so when I received this cup, my period already started.... except this, good cup though
Very comfortable and hygienic after you get used to it. I am a mother but the small cup fits perfectly. I bought two more to put one in my work-, and one in my sports bag.
  • Does not get moisture irritation on my sensitive skin like pads and tampons gave me.
  • I also love to use it with sports. (Kickboxing) Does not leak or shift.
  • Can be sterilised and used over and over again.
  • Saves me money, i do not use any other products anymore.
  • I only use the standard hardness. My muscles automatically squeeze the soft one in a fold. Resulting in leakage. Soft is not recommended for strong sportswomen.
  • The stem can feel sharp. cutting it off can help.
I own 5 menstrual cups and this one is my absolute favorite!
It is very comfortable product. Far better than tampons.
  • It is very comfortable product. Far better than tampons.
This is an excellent product that functions beyond expectations, thank you!
Very good cup. Great material quality, comfortable fit for the active people.
  • Hardness
  • Comfortable size
  • Material quality
  • Because of hardness it’s really hard to pull it out sometimes.
Perfect! I bought this cup to replace my last yuuki cup. It was a little stiff at first but softened up after a few uses. Will definitely return to yuuki if I end up needing another cup.
  • Environmentally friendly. Easy for travel. No nasty tampons in the trash can!
  • Like I mentioned above, the cup was a bit stiff at first but it did soften up and is just as great as my previous one.
  • Slippery Surface
Love it. Large capacity means hours between changes. Very few leaks.
  • Didn't shift much. large capacity. Stiff plastic held internal seal well. Slept with cup in, no problems or leaks. Quite comfortable once the pull tab was trimmed. Very inexpensive.
  • Only one insertion method allowed cup to expand back out and create seal. Small holes on edge are hard to clean.
I also own a lunette. I was interested in trying this one out to see the difference. I often have major leakage during the night on heavy flow days, and I thought a thicker/tougher cup would solve this.. it didn't, but I only leaked one night (I normally leak two nights). Other than that, this cup, for me, seems to be just like any softer cup. For the first 5 mins after insertion, I could notice that it was inside of me (unlike softer cups) but the feeling dissipated and I once again forgot I had a cup in me at all. I like the suction holes on this cup- they do not easily clog up with blood like other cups.
So far so good! Just got my Yuuki Cup and am having the pleasure of using it during my period right now. Some concerns: 1) this "firmest" one might hurt when I have cramps? nope, don't feel anything extra; 2) harder to insert since it's one of the firmest out there in the market? not really, just have to hold it folded carefully; 3) hard to get out? nope, I just pull the tap to bring it down, then reach in and 'pinch' at the bottom of the cup part and hold tight to pull out. So I am really liking this! I got this one because I read some very thorough reviews/articles about cups and had an aha about what type might work better for me. I've tried the Diva Cup (type 1? the before childbirth one) and the Lunette, and while both are great products, they didn't work well for me. Especially the Diva Cup - I leaked so much on my heavy days with that one! Turns out, if you're very physically active and do heavy lifting and strong tightening of the core area (weight lifting? yoga? aerobic dancing? running?) then it's likely you have a strong pelvic floor. This firmest cup material is wonders for me so far. I hadn't even known menstrual cups came in different firmness classes!
  • don't feel it!
  • great opening width (for me/my vagina)
  • great height (for me/my vagina)
  • some leaks, maybe still need to figure best way to securely insert?
Best decision ever. Don't think about it, just buy and use it :D I have two sizes and both are great ^^
  • Better than any tampons and pads.
  • None.
I needed a bigger cup because of a dangly cervix that makes most cups waaaay to small. I looked up which cups were the hardest and among the biggest, and I found this one. The customer service was great here! I ordered the wrong cup first and emailed them so explain my mistake. The fixed it in less than a day! Now I have tried the cup and I gotta say it feels like great quality and it actually works much better than my old cup. I still had to get up at night to empty it but it got a lot more hours out of this one than the old one. The size of the cup felt scary at first but I am already used to it, and once I had trimmed the stem just a little bit I couldn't feel it at all. Also I love the fact that you can order an economic version! I have no use of the things that came along with the other cups so this was only positive for me. Although I hope in the near future they add rainbow-colours to the stiffer Yuuki-cups :) Real good menstrual cup! Thank you Yuuki :)
  • Cheap
  • Big cup, so perfect for someone with heavy flow/dangly cervix
  • Measurements (that was interesting!)
  • Veeeeery stiff, so real easy to pop open
  • I Like the feel of the silicone
  • I think it looks good :P
  • Would look even better if it was in rainbow-colour :(
  • Big airholes so fluid gets stuck easily
Good value for money, it fits me well and the customer service team were helpful in tracking my order.
This is my 3rd menstrual cup and the first one which does not leak so I'm very happy with it. It's easy to pop open. I used a soft cup from moskito before but it turns out my pelvic floor muscles are too strong for it as i couldn't get it open and it was leaking badly. After that i got sport, firmer version from Meluna. This cup did open but i still had leaks! So the Yuuki cup is the firmest i've had and i have no more leaks!
  • easy to pop open
  • no leaks
  • not easy to insert but doable
  • a bit uncomfortable to remove
It's a perfect cup for me! I bought the small soft cup, and it works! I'm very happy to have decided for Yukki, the cup I bought before is actually too soft for me, but this one is just right!
It would have been better if I had chosen the size L. I like the firmness of the cup but because of my high cervix I would have been happier with a larger cup!
  • Firmness, pronounced stem rings
  • The cup is too small unfortunately
good product. but its little short for me.
Perfect size for me. It arrived in a decent amount of time considering I'm in Canada. I prefer my yukki cup over the diva cup becaue of the smaller size
Very good.
  • Inexpensive and high quality.
  • n/a
The product is of high quality and met my expectations. Works exactly as advertised.
4/5
  • simple to use,eco friendly,comfortable,effortless,shortens period,ability to do sports with it,no smell
  • coming from it,you forget you are on your period, good grip rings and smooth texture of the cup, just the
  • right firmness of the medium soft cup
  • does leak a little bit, changes color after using it for some time
9. I am very happy and impressed with the cup, its very reliable, i can now us it without clothpads and have no leakkage!😃
  • The cup doesn't leak, which is the main reason why i choose this cup. I wasnt sure to choose the hard
  • or soft one, but at the end the soft one was hard enough to stop leakages (i used to use fleurcup). The
  • rim is slightly bigger than the fleur, which i think also helped to stop leakage. The silicon is also
  • very good, its easier to insert and remove than the fleurcup.
  • The grip is nice, but maybe too stretchy and slippery to hoñd it with wet fingers. The marks od the grips
  • also dont help very much to hold it, maybe it would be nice to have more prominent marks.
The Cup is comfortable and it's capacity is high.
  • High capacity
  • Good stiffness
  • I find that it leaks some times, regardless of the quantity of flow. Perhaps it depends on my cervix.
Goldilocks cup, will never need another cup again
  • Very firm, good capacity, comfortable design
Easy to use. Works well. Good value. +++ Good quality. Inexpensive. --- None
After 10 years of trying to find the right menstrual cup for me, I am so happy to have tried this one. I have both sizes in classic firmness. Each work perfectly, are easy to insert, and I do not have any problems with leakage unless the cup is full (due to heavy flow or sometimes the position of the cervix) and in that case, it just needs to be emptied within a few hours. I tried the larger cup for this reason and was worried it would be uncomfortable due to its nickname, "the rock". Fortunately, it feels equally as comfortable as the smaller cup and isn't noticeable when I am using it. I am very happy with both products and would say that discovering the Yuuki cup has been life changing for me. +++ The most positive aspect for me is that the cups are very firm so they pop open and create suction easily. This way, you know it is inserted properly and will not move around during sports, while sitting, or anything else that causes softer cups to move and fold in easily, causing leakage. The larger cup has a pretty high capacity so it can be used for longer periods of time, making it great for heavy days, as well as over night. Great for when your cervix is lower and sits in the cup, causing it to fill more quickly and leak. The smaller cup is excellent for lighter days. Stem is long and you can cut it if you prefer a shorter one. Also, great customer service! Quick responses and very friendly. --- I haven't experienced any. For me, these cups work perfectly and I will continue using them for a long time.
I love it! I used an other cup 2 Years long before but Yuuki soft is better, never maked me disappointed. I can't imagine to stay without a menstrual cup during my period. +++ you don't feel it, hygienic, clean sensation, opens well --- none

Which sizes are available and which of them should I order?

Yuuki offers two sizes. One for women who have already given birth and one for women under 28 years of age who have not yet given birth. The Yuuki cups come in two sizes: No. 1 - small and No. 2 - big. The difference between the small and big cups is one of the biggest differences among those offered by cup manufacturers.

You can find the sizes on our blog .

What is the useful life of the cup?

Most manufacturers state ten years. Theoretically, it can last till the end of one’s life because it is made of the same type of silicone as that implanted during surgery. It is up to you whether to purchase a new cup. We provide a two-year warranty on the Yuuki cup.

Can the cup leak?

No, not if it has been inserted correctly and is emptied before it gets completely full. After inserting the cup, you need to turn it slightly and pull it a bit, to create a vacuum to make the cup stick to the vagina wall.

How often do I have to empty the cup?

It depends on your period. The intensity of every woman’s menstrual flow varies. If your menstruation is average to heavy, you should empty the cup every 3 to 10 hours. Some women with very low menstruation may even go 12 hours before emptying the cup.

On heavier menstruation days, you may have to empty your cup more often. If you have tried already the big cup and have seen that you have to empty it every three hours, you have an extremely heavy period. That need not be a problem but you should discuss it with your doctor. There are means of controlling such heavy menstruation.

Can women with heavy menstruation use the cup?

Yes. Even women with very heavy menstruation can use the cup, but they need to empty it more often or choose the big cup size.

Where should I store the cup when I am not using it?

After cleaning and sterilizing the cup, you should put it in a clean textile bag or in the Yuuki box. Never store the cup in a plastic bag!
