I ordered the two sizes because I wasn't sure which would work better for me. I tried the small first and it seems great so far - exactly what I was looking for! All the previous cups I tried were leaky because wouldn't fully open and get good suction. I guess it's just my anatomy. Anyway, this one is very firm and even makes an audible sound when it opens so I know it's in there correctly. No leaks! The smaller size fits me well and has enough capacity for me. I guess I didn't really need the larger one but it's hard to tell in advance, and you never know - someday down the road it might come in handy.

Yukki is the only brand of menstrual cup I will ever purchase thanks to Precious Stars Pads on YouTube years ago. This is my second purchase of Yukki cups because I wanted multiple ones I could keep in my bags so I never forget them. They are perfect for my body. I have not bought a disposable pad or tampon in over 6 years. I also love that it now comes with a cleaning brush.

I have tried soft one, it turned out I needed classic one because I when do sports soft one tended to bend too much. It's good have both types for various life situation. Both types and sizes are easy to insert and use. Even though I have given vaginal birth small size feels more comfortable.

Stays in place whole time of use, easy to insert and take out, needed some practice for first 2 month.
Easy to clean
Cheaper then tampons

You might need to try different options before you get right fit.

I love Yuuki cup, I have tried smaller one and it fits perfectly, I used C fold and it popped without any problem. I had to cut the stem short because it has poking me but now is very good. I tried meluna sport cup before and it was too soft, but Yuuki classic cup is very firm,holds in place and I can't feel it at all 🙂 Haven't tried the bigger one yet, waiting for the next cycle

Comes with the cup for sterilization in the microwave that is very practical, and with little brush for cleaning the holes, but I didn't have to use it

Stem is hollow so you can't push the cup deeper with it, had to cut it shorter because it was poking me

This is my first month with Yuuki. I’ve used a cup for about 18 months and wouldn’t go back. I love having the two different sizes with Yuuki and was looking for a firmer cup as I have strong muscles and a heavy flow. It’s been great! Only leakage when the cup is full and I am now able to measure the amount to update my healthcare practitioners.

Which sizes are available and which of them should I order?

Yuuki offers two sizes. One for women who have already given birth and one for women under 28 years of age who have not yet given birth. The Yuuki cups come in two sizes: No. 1 - small and No. 2 - big. The difference between the small and big cups is one of the biggest differences among those offered by cup manufacturers.

What is the useful life of the cup?

Most manufacturers state ten years. Theoretically, it can last till the end of one’s life because it is made of the same type of silicone as that implanted during surgery. It is up to you whether to purchase a new cup. We provide a two-year warranty on the Yuuki cup.

Can the cup leak?

No, not if it has been inserted correctly and is emptied before it gets completely full. After inserting the cup, you need to turn it slightly and pull it a bit, to create a vacuum to make the cup stick to the vagina wall.

How come the cup stays in the same position?

The cup holds firmly thanks to the vagina muscles and the slight vacuum built up inside it.

How often do I have to empty the cup?

It depends on your period. The intensity of every woman’s menstrual flow varies. If your menstruation is average to heavy, you should empty the cup every 3 to 10 hours. Some women with very low menstruation may even go 12 hours before emptying the cup.

On heavier menstruation days, you may have to empty your cup more often. If you have tried already the big cup and have seen that you have to empty it every three hours, you have an extremely heavy period. That need not be a problem but you should discuss it with your doctor. There are means of controlling such heavy menstruation.
